Unless the subject or the context otherwise requires, in these Regulations,–
(a) "Act" means the Governmental Cases Act, 2049.
(b) "Criminal case" means the case mentioned in Schedule-1 of the Act.
(c) "Civil Case" means the case mentioned in Schedule-2 of the Act.
